We use only fresh, natural Catalan products and accompany them with luscious home-style cooking: fresh pasta, our cook’s desserts, bread baked in a wood-fuelled oven, etc. And to wash down the menu dishes, what could be better than the wines from our cellar, the finest to be had in Spain. At night you can enjoy our gastronomic offerings under the typical Catalan vault of the restaurant or out on the terrace, beside the hotel swimming pool. Arriving from Figueres, here you can gaze upon an excellent panoramic view of the Pyrenees Mountains. Located between sea and mountains, the area is a true paradise for sport, culture and gastronomy enthusiasts. It is here that the worldwide-acclaimed chef Ferran Adria, from the El Bulli restaurant, prepares his masterly dishes, seconded by names as prestigious as Santi Santamaria, from El Raco de Can Fabes, the Roca brothers in Girona and Carme Ruscalleda from the Sant Pau restaurant in Sant Pol de Mar. For music-lovers, the region’s musical calendar offers each summer two top-class events: the Castell de Peralada and Cap Roig music festivals. Golfing fans won’t have to leave the region either in order play their favourite sport, for within a 30-kilometre radius there are ten golf courses for players of all levels, the closest being Golf & Spa Resort Torremirona, lying only one kilometre away from Mas Falgarona.
